Haverfordwest - At roundabout next to McDonalds, coming from the Town centre take the 2nd exit onto Dredgman Hill, A4076. (signposted Milford Haven)
Go through Johnston taking the left turn onto the A477 (signposted Pembroke Dock)
At the 1st roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A477, At the 2nd roundabout (Honeyborough) take the 3rd exit onto the A4777, Continue over the Cleddau bridge, taking the 2nd exit on the roundabout onto Waterloo Road continue until you reach the Waterloo roundabout and take the 1st exit onto London Road A477 (signposted St Clears), Turn right onto Ferry Lane A4139 (signposted Pembroke) continue until Pembroke, bearing left go through Main Street until you reach the East End Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto station road - A4139 (signposted Tenby)
once you enter the village of Lamphey you follow the road straight on  - signposted tenby. On your left you will pass the Lamphey court hotel, continue on that road for approximately 200yds and the entrance to the pitch is on your right opposite Flemish court (see map below)

St Clears - At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A477 (signposted Pembroke Dock, Tenby), continue forward on to the A477 entering Llanddowror, Red Roses then Llanteg. At next roundabout approx 5 miles from Llanteg take the 2nd exit onto the A4777 (signposted Pembroke Dock). Continue forward through Broadmoor before reaching the Sageston Rounadbout. Take the 3rd exit onto the A477 (signposted Pembroke Dock), at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A4777 (signposted Pembroke Dock).
On entering the village of Milton take the 1st exit on your left. continue on that road for approx 2 miles until you reach a T Junction signposted Tenby to your left or Lamphey, Pembroke on your right. Turn right onto the Ridgeway road and continue for approx 1 mile until you enter the village of Lamphey.
After Approx 300 yards turn left into the car park of Lamphey Village hall, the ground is situated behind (see map below)
